‘CAN’T BLAME YOU’ CHALLENGE

By Simply Removing “Blame” from Your Life, You Can Live the Ultimate Life. Could It Be That Simple? YES!  Join us in this 21 day “CAN’T BLAME YOU CHALLENGE!”

Start by asking yourself:

  • What if I could not blame anyone for anything?
  • What if I could not blame any person, place, thing, circumstance or myself, for anything?
  • What if there was no watcher?
  • How would that feel?
  • Would I ever say, “if only”?
  • Would I ever say, “should be,” “should not be,” “should know”?
  • Would I perceive any obstacle as “real”?
  • What would be left?
  • What would feel right?
  • How does that make me feel?

Try out this challenge.  Think of it as an experiment.  Make if fun.  For twenty-one days, pretend that you and everyone else, are incapable for blaming any person, place, thing, circumstance or yourself, for anything!

Know that without blame, there is no “watcher!”  We are right there with you.  Starting today we are doing the “Can’t Blame You Challenge.”  Be sure to come back during and after the Challenge ends, we love to hear from you and about your experiences.

Blaming vs Self Help
Blaming Yourself vs Taking Responsibility

During the Challenge, try to distinguish between:

(a)  taking responsibility for what you are actually responsible for (“what is yours”);

versus

(b) any of the following:

  • blaming yourself or others, for what is your responsibility
  • perceiving other people blaming you
  • taking responsibility for what is theirs, that is, if it sounds like  “all about me” or “it’s all my fault,” or something like,  “It’s not my dog, so I’m not gonna walk it.”

If it looks like any of these under (b) apply to you, then you’ll want to take a closer look.

Oh, and a couple of rules:

STRESSING ABOUT THIS CHALLENGE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED 🙂 !!

 HAVE FUN WITH IT!

The greatest challenge in not blaming others is _______________________.
