EASY 2 STEP PROCESS.

You may have heard people say, you can’t truly love others until you truly love yourself.   You may think that you already love yourself and perhaps you have chosen this article to read, so that you can learn how to help someone else who does not love themselves.  The following simple two step process, will help you to find out if you do, in fact, love yourself and it will provide a simple easy way for anyone to start to truly love themselves.

Here is the EASY TWO STEP PROCESS:

STEP 1: Ask yourself one question, “what would someone who loved themselves do?” before each decision you make, for the 21 days.

STEP 2:  Decide to take action that is consistent with your response to the question in Step 1, as closely as possible (Tip: love yourself enough to find a way to make it happen).

That’s it!

Could it be that easy?  YES!

This two step program, will help you change bad habits, responding to requests of others differently, asking for your needs to be fulfilled, etc.  These changes will improve the quality of your life, which will have a positive impact on your state of mind.  This will provide the encouragement you need to keep doing it.  It will take some time to develop the habit of pausing and considering the question, before making decisions,  however, in time it will become a habit and eventually it will become an automatic response.

At the end of the 21 day challenge,  or anytime you start to doubt the process, or feel discouraged, you can always go back to living the way someone who doesn’t love themselves lives; but do yourself a big favor.  If you decide to go back to your old ways, make sure you ask yourself this question, “do I really want to live the way someone who doesn’t love themselves, lives?”

We encourage you to continue to implement the two step process after the 21 days.  In time it will become so automatic, that you will not even hear yourself asking the question, you will simple act in accordance with a person who loves themselves and that person will be YOU!!!

When we treat ourselves like someone who loved themselves would, it’s not “selfish,” it’s ___________________.
