Sleep Is Not A Choice. That seems like a no-brainer, yet most Americans do not get the sleep they need, on a regular basis. Lack of sleep, results in an increase in stress, not only for our body, but for our mind and it takes an emotional toll, as well. For example, lack of sleep leads to decrease in memory function, which leads to forgetfulness, which inevitably leads to frustration for both the sleep deprived and those around them.

Personal Improvement Starts With Awareness. In fact, awareness is not only the first step, but it is an absolute necessity, for true and lasting improvement.

Family Life

Creating a peaceful home and family life starts with becoming organized. Organizing physical environment, as well as time management, are essential. But before starting to organize, the environment and schedule needs to undergo serious de-cluttering. This does not mean you need to do the decluttering, but it is necessary.
